By accessing or using BuddySAP (buddysap.com) and its AI-powered SAP tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
BuddySAP provides AI-powered SAP knowledge and diagnostic tools including EWA Report Analyzer, ABAP Dump Analyzer, SAP Log Analyzer, Health Check Generator, and AI Chat. These tools are designed to assist SAP consultants and professionals.
3. User Accounts
You may register for a free account using your email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
BuddySAP offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: ₹0/month — 10 analyses per day, limited features
- Pro Plan: ₹99/month — 50 analyses per month across all AI tools
- Premium Plan: ₹299/month — 200 analyses per month across all AI tools
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
5. Data Privacy and Security
We take your data privacy seriously. Key principles:
- SAP data you upload for analysis is processed entirely in your browser — it is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- AI analysis is performed via direct browser-to-API calls. Your SAP data does not pass through BuddySAP servers.
- We collect only account information (name, email, phone) necessary to provide the service.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our AI tools
- Share or resell access to your account
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the service beyond normal use
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
BuddySAP provides AI-generated analysis for informational and advisory purposes only. AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified SAP professionals before implementation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. Use of our tools and reliance on their output is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuddySAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or system downtime resulting from actions taken based on AI analysis.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, designs, and code on BuddySAP are the intellectual property of BuddySAP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Downloaded reports generated from your own uploaded data remain your property.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
