If you want to track who imported a transport request from transaction code STMS.
1. Login in to the SAP system in which you need to check the log.
2. Execute transaction code STMS_IMPORT. Choose Goto > Import History.
3. Choose Edit > Display More. Find your transport number and you can track the user who imported it under User tab.
