Error: In ST22, we can notice that ABAP dump TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED in 000 client is coming for standard program SAPLSTUW , like below.
Reason/Solution:
On Solution end as per SAP Note “2597255 – CDMC Statistic collection job failing due to dump in function module SWNC_GET_WORKLOAD_STATISTIC” which suggest this program error and can be corrected by applying this note or related SP of ST-PI component.
