Email configuration in BO system
Please follow below steps to perform the changes:
1–> Login in to CMC portal of the BO system through your credential
2–> Click on server (marked in yellow)
3–> click on server list
4–> Select Server Adaptive server Job server, after that right click and select Destination option (marked in yellow)
5–> Select the option “Email” and press the button “ADD”.
6–>Fill the below entry as per below.
Domain name, host, port is mandatory one.
7–> Just after that you can select option save and close.
After that you send a mail to Messaging team to add your application server on their SMTP server. Once they confirm you can test by scheduling the report to any relevant email id.
